- Henny married a non-Jewish woman and supposedly had a daughter who became a nun. He was the first member of the family to marry outside of the religion and was considered the black sheep of the family.
Henny published a notice in the NY Times on 14 Jul 1933 disclaiming responsibility for any debts contracted by his wife, Ethel.
According to an article published in the NY Times on 27 Nov 1934, Henny, while a prisoner in the Bronx County jail, attempted to hang himself with his belt in his cell. He was taken to Fordham Hospital, where he was expected to recover. He had been held in jail on a charge of disorderly conduct.
According to the 1910 Census, Henny was an errand boy at a trunk store. According to the 1920 Census, Henny's address was 1007 2nd Ave, New York, N.Y. His occupation was shipping clerk. According to the "Proof of Albert Rosenlicht Will," in March, 1932, Henny lived at 574 E. 76th Street, New York, New York.
