Notes

  • Abe had a seat on the old New York Curb Market and was a millionaire until the stock market crash left him broke.  He borrowed $500 from Moe to buy a milk route in Baltimore, which is where Natalie lived.

    Abe and Rose met at Luna Park where she was a cashier at one of the concession stands.  According to his granddaughter Joan, at one time Abe performed in Vaudeville.

    According to the 1930 Census, Abe lived at 12726 102 Road, Queens, New York.  He owned his own home, with a value of $7,000.  His occupation was listed as a stock trader at a brokerage company.
